We are building an intuitive and powerful online platform that empowers parents and providers throughout the match process, while collaborating with industry and regulatory leaders to lift the standards of newborn care in the home.

Baober is founded by tech industry veterans, with 30+ years of combined experience, who found passion in helping families find the best help during an important milestone in their lives.
Jin Sha
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
The proud father of a 16-month old, Jin was drawn to solving the unique challenges facing Parents and Newborn Care Providers by his own unfortunate experiences finding care for his newborn son.
Over his 18 year career as an investor and operator, Jin has built and scaled multiple businesses across financial services, SaaS, and skincare from first $1 to $200M+ in revenue while raising $300M+ across various stages of funding.
Jonathan Lu
Chief Product Officer, Co-Founder
As an New Yorker and Asian American carrying Taiwanese heritage, Jonathan was surprised to find the gap in newborn care between the US and Taiwan, where postpartum and newborn care is deeply embedded in the culture and a common milestone for families to save towards (akin to a college tuition fund).
With over a decade of experience in building transformational software products across retail, SaaS, and governmental industries, Jonathan is excited to bring his expertise to an industry he is deeply passionate about: childcare and development.
